Shipping Rates
Standard Shipping Rates:
- Nationwide: RM10
Delivery Times
West Malaysia:
- Standard Delivery: 3-7 business days
East Malaysia:
- Standard Delivery: 3-10 business days
Delivery Schedule
Orders are shipped Monday to Friday.
We do not deliver on weekends or public holidays. Please consider this when placing your order and estimating delivery times.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within three working days.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped, including tracking information.
Shipping Address Changes
You can change your shipping address before the order is shipped by contacting our customer support team.
Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address.
Lost or Damaged Packages
In the unfortunate event that your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact the courier directly to resolve the issue.
We recommend keeping your tracking information and contacting the courier promptly to report any issues.
International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within Malaysia. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
