Shipping Rates

Standard Shipping Rates:

  • West Malaysia: MYR7
  • East Malaysia: MYR14

Delivery Times

West Malaysia:

  • Standard Delivery: 3-7 business days

East Malaysia:

  • Standard Delivery: 3-10 business days

Delivery Schedule

  • Orders are shipped Monday to Friday.
  • We do not deliver on weekends or public holidays. Please consider this when placing your order and estimating delivery times.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within two working days.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped, including tracking information.

Shipping Address Changes

  • You can change your shipping address before the order is shipped by contacting our customer support team.
  • Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • In the unfortunate event that your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact the courier directly to resolve the issue.
  • We recommend keeping your tracking information and contacting the courier promptly to report any issues.

International Shipping

  • Currently, we only ship within Malaysia. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
